CAICU is a fully equipped US SPEC 4 cabin 4 head Lagoon 400 with installed factory Gen and AC.  She is phasing out of charter service in the SailCaribe fleet, a boutique operation with the highest standards.  She has seen light usage and excellent maintenance.  Phase out process includes replacement of all items that show wear and tear and refit the vessel to "like new" status.
